Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of skycrown.games and the use of its gambling services. Effective date: 1 January 2025.

  • User / Player: Any individual registered and accessing the gambling services provided by skycrown.games in accordance with these Terms and AU law.
  • Bet: An amount of money or equivalent value placed on a casino game or event outcome on skycrown.games.
  • Bonus: Any promotional credit, free spin, or reward provided under specified conditions by skycrown.games to Users.
  • Wager: The process of staking money on or through games hosted on skycrown.games, including fulfilling bonus turnover requirements.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity verification processes required under Curaçao and AU anti-money laundering statutes.

Account Registration

  2. Account Creation: Players must complete the registration form at skycrown.games, providing accurate personal details (including legal name, address, date of birth, and valid contact email). Email verification is mandatory.
  3. KYC Compliance: Before conducting withdrawals or upon operator demand, Users must provide acceptable identification documents (passport/ID, proof of address, payment method ownership) in accordance with KYC and AU anti-money laundering requirements.
  4. Data Accuracy & Security: Users are required to maintain accuracy of all registration data and promptly update any changes. Passwords must be kept confidential, and Users are responsible for all account activity.
  5. Multiple Accounts: Each User may open only one account at skycrown.games; duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to termination.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

  • Live Casino & Chat Conduct: Respectful behaviour is mandatory in all chat and communication channels; insults, threatening language, or promotion of unlawful content is strictly prohibited; repeated breaches may result in exclusion from chat or permanent account closure.
  • Technical Failures: In case of an interruption or system failure during gameplay, unsettled bets may be voided and stakes refunded at Operator discretion, in accordance with responsible gaming standards.

Bonus Terms

  2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and their associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met within 30 days or such period as specified in individual bonus terms, but in no case later than 31 December 2025.
  3. Prohibited Actions & Games: Certain games are excluded from bonus play. Use of betting patterns, minimal risk strategies, or collusion to meet wagering requirements is prohibited and may result in the removal of bonuses and forfeiture of winnings.
  4. Non-Combining Promotions: Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly allowed by the Operator. Abuse of bonus or promotional systems may result in exclusion from future offers and/or account suspension.
  5. Operator Discretion: skycrown.games reserves the right to amend or withdraw bonuses at any time, providing notice in accordance with section "Changes to Terms".

Payments & Withdrawals

OBSERVE: Comprehensive disclosure of payment methods and transparent policy on limits, fees, and AML obligations are required under AU law and Curaçao licensing.   • Deposit Methods: skycrown.games accepts payments via credit/debit cards, supported e-wallets, and accepted cryptocurrencies (refer to payment options page for current list). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier.
  • Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are processed via payment method used for deposits where possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification per KYC and AML/CTF requirements. Large withdrawals may require additional documentation. The operator aims to process withdrawals within 1-5 business days, excluding processing times of payment providers.
  • Limits and Fees: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits apply; refer to cashier for current thresholds. Operator does not charge withdrawal fees but reserves the right to deduct external transaction costs as disclosed in advance.

  • Exclusions: The Operator is not liable for:
    • Technical errors, hardware/software/network failures not within its direct control;
    • Acts or omissions of third-party providers;
    • Damages or losses beyond the actual amount staked or wagered on the affected event or bet;
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of skycrown.games.
  • Maximum Compensation: Notwithstanding any other provision, the Operator's maximum liability to any User shall not exceed the lesser of the amount staked on the disputed game or the sum of AUD $10,000, except where otherwise mandated by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

OBSERVE: Mandate clarity on IP for site content, software, and brand; prohibit unlicensed copying/distribution. EXPAND: Specify user's limited rights and remedies for infringement. REFLECT: State explicit prohibitions in a direct compliance-focused manner.

  • Ownership: All content, designs, logos, software, trademarks, and other materials on skycrown.games are the exclusive property of Hollycorn N.V. or its licensors.
  • Prohibited Use: Copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or otherwise exploiting any part of skycrown.games without prior written consent from the Operator is strictly forbidden and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
  • User Rights: Users are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use skycrown.games for private, non-commercial purposes only.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • All User data is processed in accordance with the skycrown.games Privacy Policy and applicable AU and international data protection laws.
  • By registering, Users consent to such processing for the purposes described therein, including account management, fraud prevention, and lawful disclosures.

Changes to Terms

OBSERVE: Legal standards demand robust process for update notification and user rejection options. EXPAND: Include modalities of notification (email, banner), effective date, and user recourse. REFLECT: Deliver clear, enforceable procedures for contract modification.

  • Notification: skycrown.games will notify Users of material changes to these Terms by email (to the address on record) and/or prominent notification banner upon next login.
  • Effective Date: Updated Terms will take effect no less than 7 days post-notification, unless legal or regulatory obligations require immediate effect.
  • User Recourse: Any User who disagrees with the revised Terms may discontinue use of skycrown.games and request account closure with withdrawal of available funds (subject to section "Payments & Withdrawals"). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination & Suspension

OBSERVE: AU law requires fair and transparent process for account restriction or closure. EXPAND: Articulate grounds, procedural fairness in enforcement, and handling of user funds. REFLECT: Map steps and user rights upon termination or suspension.

  1. Grounds for Termination or Suspension: The Operator may, at its discretion, suspend or close a User account for breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, AML/CTF or KYC failure, regulatory direction, or at User's written request.
  2. Notification: Users will be notified via email of suspension or closure, including reasons and (where applicable) steps to remediate. Immediate suspensions may occur in circumstances of suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, or regulatory instruction.
  3. Funds Handling: Upon termination, the Operator shall refund any undisputed balance to the User within 14 days, subject to completion of all necessary KYC checks and deduction of applicable charges or regulatory holds.
  4. Right to Appeal: Users may contest suspension or closure by contacting support and providing relevant information. Unresolved disputes may be escalated as per "Governing Law & Jurisdiction".

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

OBSERVE: Regulatory requirements dictate explicit legal and dispute resolution framework disclosure for cross-border online gaming. EXPAND: Specify applicable law, primary forum, and alternative dispute procedure. REFLECT: Provide Users with unambiguous legal recourse information.

  • Applicable Law: These Terms and any agreement with skycrown.games are governed by the laws of Curaçao, subject to non-excludable provisions of AU law applicable to Users in Australia.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, except where mandatory AU law prescribes otherwise.
  • Dispute Resolution: Users are encouraged to first contact customer support ([email protected]). If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to Curaçao eGaming or another recognised ADR body. Legal action or arbitration shall be a last resort.
